Dear all,
We're really happy that most of you are receiving our UFC in this days, while in the meanwhile with your helps we've already discovered some bugs :-(
So it's time to upgrade your device! As we've anticipated on Facebook it's something that you can do by yourself and this is for sure a great improvement since in it's initial version it was not supported.
Let's get started!
Grab the latest Firmware version from our download page ( at the time of this HOW-TO it is the Ver.0.3B )
Make sure your Multipurpose-UFC.cmd (DCS-BIOS) is closed, extract all the content to and run the XLoader.exe. Browse to the extracted folder to select .hex file provided within the zip folder. Select Mega(ATMEGA2560) from Device dropdown menu and check the baud rate change automatically to the 115200 value. Select the correct COM port ( the same that you have used the first time ) and then click upload.
After upload, our UFC will reboot and you can see on the first OLED display the new SW Version.
